Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years related experience in lieu of a degree
  • Three (3) years healthcare experience
  • Two (2) years leadership experience

  • Worker's Compensation Admnistration experience
  • Registered Nurse AZ

Responsibilities

  • Monitors compliance with regulatory agency requirements including but not limited to OSHA, Worker's Compensation, ADA, and AZ Department of Health Services.
  • Provides oversight for the administration of YRMC's Worker's Compensation program.
  • Oversees new hire processing for YRMC associated clinics/hospitals.
  • Oversees daily activities of Employee Health staff.
  • Ensures immunization, TB surveillance compliance, FIT testing and OSHA/NIOSH compliance.
  • Collaborates with leadership and staff across the organization in the delivery of all Employee Health programs
