We are currently seeking a Manager, Employee Experience and Engagement. This role is part of the Talent and Organizational Development team and serves as the primary owner for company-wide initiatives related to engagement, culture, recognition, People Team communications, and employer brand storytelling, with a focus on clarifying and consistently activating Addepar’s employee value proposition through the lived employee experience. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant autonomy and visibility. You will independently lead large, cross-functional programs and partner closely with teams across Talent and Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Workplace, and Compensation. This role also includes direct people management responsibility, including managing and developing an Employee Experience Specialist to support execution and scalability across key initiatives. Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $123,000 - $193,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
