As a member of the Kimberly-Clark Foundation team, the successful candidate will be responsible for advancing strategic employee engagement and community investment programs across North America and select international markets. The Manager leads local grantmaking strategy and operations and manages global employee engagement initiatives, including volunteerism and workplace giving. The position plays a critical role in scaling programs, managing risk, and enhancing visibility of Kimberly-Clark’s community impact through strategic communications and story-telling. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs, Strategic Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in corporate social responsibility, philanthropy or nonprofit management.
  • Proven leadership experience with an ability to influence and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skilled in project management across multiple geographies, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze engagement metrics and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences.
  • 20% travel availability

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience managing grantmaking programs and charitable giving processes.
  • Experience leading employee engagement initiatives (volunteerism, matching gifts, workplace giving) in a corporate or global context.
  • Knowledge of compliance considerations in U.S. and international charitable giving.
  • Experience with engagement and grants platforms (e.g. YourCause, Benevity).
  • Experience developing strategic communications plans and creating content.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global volunteerism, matching gifts, and workplace giving programs, including vendor oversight and performance metrics.
  • Support expansion of employee engagement programs in international markets, including compliance, platform deployment, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Support the management of the K-C Employee Care Fund and the Bright Futures scholarship program.
  • Manage local grantmaking in key U.S. markets, and support locally-based community relations leads in K-C facility communities.
  • Lead projects to ensure alignment and compliance with Kimberly-Clark’s social impact strategy and charitable giving policies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop community engagement plans for new or expanding facilities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and owner for all grant application programs within Kimberly-Clark Foundation.
  • Serve as the product owner for the grant application platform and manage the full lifecycle of grant operations, including application processes, contracts, approvals under the charitable giving policy, and fund distribution.
  • Develop and execute communications that elevate employee engagement and community investments.
  • Create content for internal and external audiences and collaborate with Global Communications to ensure alignment.
