As an Electrical Engineering Manager, you will lead and manage the electrical engineering team, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components across various projects.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support professional growth.
  • Review and approve technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve complex engineering challenges.
  • Contribute to departmental and organizational strategic planning, including budgeting and resource management.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of engineering projects.
  • Coordinate with other departments (mechanical, software, operations, etc.) and stakeholders to align project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement engineering standards, protocols, and procedures.
  • Optimize engineering performance by contributing recommendations to strategic planning and implementing best practices.
  • Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry standards, local regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and relevant technologies.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design, systems integration, and engineering software/tools.
  • Electronics design and development at component, circuit, and system level.
  • Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layout and design.
  • Microcontroller based design and development.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing engineering talent.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Strategic thinking, hands-on approach, and a passion for engineering excellence.
