PG&E is seeking an experienced business professional to lead the Electric Incident Investigations (EII) Team. The EII team is responsible for reporting Electric Incidents (EIRs) to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), investigating EIRs and areas of compliance risk to determine the cause and any corrective or preventive measures to mitigate reoccurrence. As the Manager of Incident Investigations, you oversee investigations tied to safety events, operational failures, and potential regulatory risk. You ensure that every investigation, from Electric Incident Reports (EIRs) to major operational events, is handled with consistency, objectivity, and rigor. With deep technical and regulatory expertise, you bring a structured approach to root cause analysis, corrective action development, and defensible documentation that strengthens PG&E's safety culture and compliance posture. Your work reinforces PG&E's commitment that Everyone and Everything is Always Safe, advancing enterprise learning, transparency, and continuous improvement across investigations. Location of this position is flexible within PG&E service territory and will require occasional travel to other areas around PG&E's service territory. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and assigned office based on business needs.
