Lead and shape Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS) and sustainability initiatives, driving a proactive safety culture across operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in progressive EHS experience in manufacturing environments
  • Comprehensive knowledge of EHS regulations, standards and best practices (OSHA, EPA, etc.)
  • Proven ability to develop and implement EHS management systems and programs
  • Experience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis
  • Strong project management and budget oversight capabilities
  • Excellence in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
  • Demonstrated success in facilitating organizational change and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with EHS software platforms and data analysis tools
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build effective partnerships at all organizational levels
  • Experience with ISO 14001 environmental management systems
  • Emergency response and business continuity planning expertise
  • Travel required 10%

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • Professional certifications desired (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM, HVK)
  • NEBOSH diploma or equivalent safety qualifications for international roles

  • Work closely with leadership teams to develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs that protect people, environment, and communities while supporting business growth
  • Manage regulatory compliance, incident prevention, and continuous improvement efforts as we fulfill our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer
