The EH&S Violations Program Manager will oversee the companys Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) violations program, ensuring all citations, notices, and regulatory matters are managed with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This role works closely with internal stakeholders, government agencies, and the law department to manage reporting, hearings, payments, and corrective actions. The manager plays a key role in data analysis, trend identification, regulatory communication, and ongoing program improvement. The manager will manage staff, assign tasks and evaluate performance to effectively manage the violations program. This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan. Mission Statement: Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
