The Manager of Ecommerce Merchandising plays a key role in optimizing the end-to-end user experience across our digital channels. This individual will drive improvements in site usability, merchandising, and conversion optimization, with a strong focus on data-driven decisions, A/B testing, and alignment with seasonal campaigns. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, the Manager will ensure our websites deliver best-in-class UX and eCommerce performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of online merchandising, A/B testing, UX principles, and CRO tactics
  • Organized, self-starter with excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Quantum Metrics or other web analytics applications
  • 5+ years in digital marketing, UX, or eCommerce roles, ideally in high-volume, customer-facing environments
  • 1+ year in a people leadership role
  • Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirements

  • Travel/hospitality industry experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion optimization across all digital touchpoints using A/B testing, UX best practices, and data-driven insights
  • Monitor and analyze customer journeys across devices using tools like Google Analytics and session tracking
  • Coordinate and manage A/B test execution; roll out winning variations and communicate findings across regions
  • Partner with analytics, SEO, and CRM teams to ensure site traffic and user intent align with conversion goals
  • Own and manage online merchandising strategy including timely placement and optimization of promotions and campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and IT teams to plan and execute content and UX improvements across the website and booking flow
  • Ensure alignment between digital merchandising and broader marketing initiatives
  • Maintain continuous communication with resort teams and stakeholders to gather feedback and relay actionable insights into development
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver digital projects on time and within scope
  • Ensure all enhancements align to performance KPIs and business objectives
  • Use data insights and stakeholder feedback to identify and prioritize site improvements
  • Ensure strategic alignment of testing, content, and UX efforts with core eCommerce goals
  • Document and share learnings to support regional and cross-functional knowledge building
