Requirements

• 10+ years logistics warehouse experience.
• 5 years Management leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, project management or related focus is desired.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
• Highly focused on safety and colleague well-being.
• Proven experience developing budgets, cost allocations, and P&L analysis.
• Project Management experience, including tracking, reporting, and critical path management.

• Ability to understand, read, and/or comprehend instructions and directions including different numbers and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational facets of the Eastern Distribution Center in Winchester, Kentucky.
• Provide tactical and strategic direction for the distribution center to ensure high quality logistics and inventory control.
• Plan, analyze, and develop solutions that optimize distribution efficiency.
• Lead by example, create organization and structure, and provide an environment for professional and individual success.
• Collaborate with peers and team members to drive the overall growth of the warehouse.
