The Media Manager will partner with media agencies and internal cross-functional teams to design and execute impactful e.l.f. SKIN and Retail Paid Media plans that deliver a connected consumer journey. This role will manage day-to-day execution and optimization of paid media programs, driving ROI while elevating the brand’s visibility and relevance. You will develop media strategies and collaborate with agency partners on tactical plans and budget management. Partner with cross-functional teams (Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Commerce, International, Finance) to align media with business objectives.
