JOB TITLE: Manager, E-Commerce App Developer LOCATION: Richardson, TX and hybrid role, may work from home DUTIES: Lead the application development of a successful eCommerce business using technologies including SAP Hybris, Salesforce, Big Commerce and Magento. Leverage web technologies and integrate eCommerce systems and Application Programming Interfaces. Manage team members, plan resources, and hire and develop talent. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Provide technical leadership in application planning and architecture. Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional team members both internal and external to ensure successful completion of projects. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and provide technical support. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Align technology to support business objectives. Manage CAPEX, OPEX, and P&L for eCommerce activities. Develop information technology strategies, procedures, and policies. Identify and implement people, process, and technology improvements. Work with remote teams. Leverage Lennox India Technology Center team members' potential. Use Agile methodology and experience working in a fast-paced Scrum environment. Help the team adopt Agile practices. Negotiate terms and agreements for vendor contracts. Oversee RFP processes and vendor selection. Facilitate communication between staff, management, and vendors. Partner with marketing, business operations, and technology teams to refine and deliver the business vision. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Manager, Application Development, IT Project Manager, or in a related/similar position.
  • 8 years in the following: eCommerce platforms such as Hybris, SAP Commerce Cloud; programming languages including Java, .NET, J2EE, Spring, Python, Perl, and PHP; Web services, and APIs like RESTful and SOAP; design patterns, UML, and object-oriented programming; unit testing, automated builds, automated testing, and DevOps; Agile practices for development; project management, team management, stakeholder management, vendor management and financial acumen.
  • Hybrid role, ability to work from home.
