About The Position

The Manager, Advanced Analytics role will lead business analytics and insights initiatives and will be responsible for providing cross-functional teams with end-to-end business-critical insights and overall support to drive the business. This role will also act as a thought leader in developing new capabilities and solutions to solve key business challenges.

Requirements

• Background in Analytics/Data Science/Strategy & Consulting or related field.
• Technical proficiency in programming languages SQL, R, Python.
• Experience in BI/Data Prep/Exploration tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau with preference for R-Shiny, Qlik, Snowflake and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience utilizing datasets from Circana, Nielsen, Numerator with preference for WM Scintilla.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects in eCommerce/Omni analytics, ensuring projects under responsibility are managed with utmost quality and timeliness.
• Analyze overall business health performance, acquire a deep understanding of business performance and correlations, and provide detailed performance insights to cross-functional teams to drive the business.
• Hands-on cross-functional leadership of advanced analytics products, including soliciting core problem statements/requirements from stakeholders, generating code, launching MVP, and rallying end users to gain adoption internally.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommended system modifications and development policies for data governance.
• Create appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.
