About The Position

The Manager, DMS Sales is responsible for leading a team of Inside Sales Agents in selling individual health plan products through inbound calls. This role involves strategic planning, achieving sales goals, and fostering a culture of engagement and well-being within the team. The manager will also provide training, monitor sales performance, and implement operational initiatives to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Active Health Insurance license in the residing state or willingness to obtain within 75 days of hire.
• 2 years of leadership experience with direct reports.
• 3 years of sales experience.
• 2+ years of call center experience.
• Willingness to work any shift on any day during business operation hours (5am-10pm EST), including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for leadership/business meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 15-25 Inside Sales Agents.

• Strategically plan and think to drive team performance.
