We're actively seeking a talented Manager, Divisional Accounting & Reporting to join our Enterprise Divisional Accounting and Reporting team in Newport Beach, CA. This role is hybrid. As Manager of Divisional Accounting & Reporting, you'll drive Pacific Life's growth while advancing your career by overseeing the financial accounting function for the Institutional and Workforce Benefits Divisions. You'll lead the quarterly accounting close process, ensuring accuracy in GAAP and Statutory reporting through reconciliations, ledger reviews, disclosure preparation, and financial analysis. Additionally, you'll collaborate with FP&A teams on internal management reporting, spearhead major initiatives like product launches and finance transformation, and work closely with teams across reporting, valuation, investments, and technology.
