About The Position
Exciting opportunity to join the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's social work leadership team as the pediatric leader in the Jimmy Fund Clinic. The Pediatric Social Work Manager functions as a clinical supervisor and staff manager, whose expertise, knowledge, clinical acumen, relational skill, and equanimity provide foundational support for pediatric clinical social work staff. As a member of the multidisciplinary oncology team, the Manager, Division of Social Work, provides expert patient and family centered care through clinical psychosocial assessment and intervention, including crisis response, individual, couples, family, group interventions, and short-term bereavement support. Located at Longwood Medical Center this position is full-time, 40 hours per week. Hybrid schedule of 4 days on-site and 1 day from home.
