This position is a multi- unit field leader who leads and develops Store Managers to drive sales growth and establishes a positive culture for customers and Health Enthusiasts that is aligned with company brand expectations within his/her district. The District Sales Manager will have full accountability for all stores within their district and be responsible for financial results, including all key metrics. The District Manager works to ensure stores execute all operational functions and comply with company policies, procedures and applicable laws. The District Manager establishes strong relationships with business partners to deliver high quality service to all internal and external customers. The District Manager will partner closely with the Field Leadership team and Regional Vice President; as the voice of his/her assigned district, this individual will need to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
