About The Position

Join the Platform Partnerships team that is instrumental to FOX's digital evolution. The Manager, Platform Partnerships will help expand FOX's direct-to-consumer footprint across Tubi, the massive AVOD service with 100M+ MAU, and FOX One, the newly launched FOX portfolio app featuring some of the most compelling brands in media. As part of a centralized team driving growth across AVOD, SVOD, and linear subscription services, you'll gain unique exposure to how different divisions approach digital growth strategy. Your role will be to analyze tradeoffs, identify synergies, and contribute creative solutions that enable impactful deals and partnerships. In this role, the Manager, Platform Partnerships works closely with external partners to understand their business needs, priorities, and constraints, and synthesize those insights into deal strategies that advance FOX's goals. You'll also advise senior executives on opportunities for deeper collaboration and long-term strategic partnerships. As the primary point of contact for the partner, you'll be the go-to problem solver, managing day-to-day challenges, removing obstacles, and finding creative solutions that strengthen relationships and keep deals moving forward. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in partner development, product, agreement advisory, and execution in the direct-to-consumer industry
  • Familiarity with complex product-enabling agreements
  • Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners
  • Ability to think creatively, critically, and strategically, and thrive in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous work environment
  • Demonstrated skill in developing and maintaining effective executive business relationships

Responsibilities

  • Support distribution partnerships across key CTV platforms by coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver on commercial terms, product integrations, and marketing campaigns for Fox's suite of apps, including Tubi and FOX One
  • Contribute to the expansion of Tubi and FOX One across key CTV platforms through creative deal support, partner engagement, and industry-informed insights on subscription services
  • Assist in negotiating distribution and placement agreements by preparing recommendations, analysis, and proposals in collaboration with senior deal leads
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with platform partners and provide support to senior executives in managing escalations and removing roadblocks
  • Research and evaluate potential new business model opportunities globally, preparing business cases that balance commercial value with product priorities, partner needs, and platform considerations
  • Develop a nuanced understanding of ad tech and advertising monetization, working closely with sales teams and technical stakeholders to maximize value for ad-supported streaming services
