About The Position

Manager, Digital & Technology - North America PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The role is accountable for driving digital and technology (D&T) initiatives in the Business unit. This role leads the plan for landing capabilities and innovation for North America, including expanding the use of AI and automation, partnering closely with the BU leaders and Product teams to drive user centricity, embedding capabilities that drive business impact. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE o Trusted partner to BU leadership and their teams o Create and execute strategies that leverage digital technologies, AI, and automation. o Ensure alignment of analytics, AI and technology initiatives with business unit objectives. o Accountable for the digitization of personal care, leading the E2E D&T plans for cross-functional agile squads unit on behalf of the BU CDIO o Prioritizes and aligns the plan, outcomes and timelines with business unit leadership across products o Drives benefits and adoption with the business unit team and products o Drives local stakeholder engagement and feedback prioritization, advocating for user-centricity and continuous improvement o Accountable for business unit sign-off and validation of products o Lead business deployment of BU specific or BU tailored products, working closely with products to ensure outcome delivery o Acts as first point of contact for BU leaders into D&T, resolving risks, issues and questions o Advocate for the adoption of innovative tools and practices to maintain a competitive edge. o Suggests opportunities for leverage of AI and Automation to drive productivity, growth or operational effectiveness

Requirements

  • Digital acumen – experience with digital technologies – including AI, Automation and Tech
  • Business acumen – business unit knowledge
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Program / plan management to ensure delivery of outcomes
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
