In this role, you will enhance digital patient experiences through multi-touch marketing efforts, demonstrating clear ROI for both B2C and B2B strategies. Your expertise will help evaluate the business impact of digital marketing initiatives, mapping patient journeys and managing comprehensive digital marketing plans. You will lead a team in executing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms while continuously analyzing market trends to inform effective strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven success in a matrixed organization.
  • Knowledge of CRM/PRM systems and digital analytics tools.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance digital patient experiences with multi-touch marketing efforts.
  • Evaluate and demonstrate the business impact of digital marketing strategies.
  • Lead Digital Strategy Specialists in executing marketing initiatives across web, social media, and email platforms.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management for all service line marketing campaigns.
  • Implement optimization tactics for high conversion rates based on media mix and keyword research.
  • Collaborate with service line leadership and marketing staff to educate on digital marketing best practices.
