SailPoint is seeking a dynamic leader to recruit, manage, and train a team of up to 10 Digital Sales Representatives. This role involves providing clear metrics and setting productivity goals, acquisition targets, conversion rates, lead follow-up processes, and achieving quotas on the number of opportunities accepted by the field sales team and the opportunity pipeline value. The successful candidate will establish structure, expectations, and accountability within the team, motivating them to meet and exceed learning and performance goals as outlined by management. Additionally, the role requires attracting and recruiting talent that embodies the qualities of being smart, humble, and hungry. The candidate will work to create processes and campaigns aimed at driving new qualified leads and demos for the Sales team, while also collecting, analyzing, and reporting data around team performance and operational execution. Generating innovative ideas and challenging the team and leadership to expand thinking in pre-sales and demand generation is essential. The candidate will provide feedback and recommendations on marketing efforts, evaluate sales automation tools, and deliver training on sales strategy, business acumen, product knowledge, competition, objection handling, and market dynamics. Promoting SailPoint's core values of innovation, impact, integrity, and individuals is a key aspect of this role. The candidate will also assess the capabilities and aspirations of each team member, helping them develop their desired career paths, and create and execute outbound prospecting strategies, including pre-call planning and opportunity qualification.
