About The Position
The RealReal is seeking a Digital Pipeline Manager to join the Site Merchandising Team. This role is designed for a self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, focused on driving continuous improvement in digital project execution. The Digital Pipeline Manager will collaborate with various departments, including Merchandising, Product/Tech, Marketing, and Creative, to manage milestones, commercial planning, and project execution effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration.
