The Manager Digital Partner Management leads a group of Partner Success Managers (PSMs) and Partner Support Associates (PSAs). Our PSMs are responsible for onboarding and activating Hyland’s newest Channel Partners and our PSAs are responsible for supporting our PBM function along with managing Hyland’s Authorized Channel Partners. This leadership role is responsible for driving growth and KPI obtainment across both team functions. Strategically they will be responsible for ensuring that Partners are aligned to company priorities and consistently delivering on joint objectives. This role is also responsible for developing their team members.
