About The Position
The Manager, Digital Operations is a pivotal role responsible for leading technology implementations for all digital initiatives within the organization. This position is crucial for maintaining data integrity and measuring performance across various digital platforms. The Manager will oversee the execution, optimization, and performance of donation and email campaigns, ensuring that these initiatives align with the organization's strategic goals. Collaboration is key in this role, as the Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, scalability, and excellence in digital platform delivery. In addition to managing digital operations, the Manager will facilitate internal and external communications between National Hadassah, its regions, groups, and chapters. This includes ensuring consistency in the technologies and digital tools used across the organization. The role requires careful oversight of the myHadassah platform, which serves as both an intranet and extranet, as well as integrations with the public website, Hadassah.org. The Manager will also assist with change management, customer support, and training as needed to ensure smooth operations. The position involves a variety of responsibilities, including collaborating with Marketing and Communications teams to prioritize deliverables, coordinating with the IT Department on data security and application administration, and managing relationships with outside vendors. The Manager will initiate new projects based on organizational priorities, oversee quality assurance procedures, and ensure that all digital communications conform to the latest technologies and organizational requirements. Additionally, the Manager will maintain and optimize constituent data in the Marketing Cloud email database and act as a subject matter expert in Marketing Cloud data governance. This role also includes supervising two employees and leading meetings and workshops at all levels of the organization.
