Your role at Vantive We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to be part of our team in the US and will work closely with healthcare providers, patients, and regulators to address unmet medical needs and optimize the impact of our therapies. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our comprehensive education programs designed to empower healthcare professionals with the knowledge they need to effectively utilize our therapies. The Manager of Digital Education will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing digital education programs tailored to healthcare professionals, as part of the WWM Educational Program (that comprises PD, HD and Acute therapies). This role requires substantial experience in digital education within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. The successful candidate will be pivotal in transforming our educational initiatives into engaging and impactful digital formats/Omnichannel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital media, instructional design, educational technology, multimedia design; clinical/healthcare background preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital education within academic centers/ Preferred experience within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry AND in digital education.
  • Proficiency in designing and managing e-learning platforms and other digital education tools required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong business acumen.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional teams in matrix organization.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative educational solutions.
  • Ability to travel 25% as needed to collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Remote within the United States. Candidates must be based in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in adult learning theory and instructional design.
  • Program Development: Design, develop and implement digital education programs, including e-learning modules – medical channel website (for CKD awareness, PD and HD, as well AKI and Acute Therapies), webinars, virtual training sessions, and other digital content.
  • Content Management: Collaborate with medical experts and other stakeholders to create high-quality educational content that aligns with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Technology Integration/Omni channel: Leverage advanced digital tools and platforms to enhance the delivery and accessibility of educational materials.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and within medical affairs (colleagues in the country and region), to ensure educational programs meet the needs of healthcare professionals and align with company goals, especially the “digital” part.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital education initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
  • Compliance: Ensure all digital education activities comply with industry regulations code of conduct and company policies (GIP and Scientific Exchange Policies).
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital education and healthcare to continually enhance our educational offerings.
