About The Position
As the Loyalty Strategy Manager, you will lead strategic innovation within Taco Bell's Loyalty Program, Taco Bell Rewards, a pivotal growth engine that elevates the customer experience. This role will focus on long-term development, designing digital experiences and loyalty platform enhancements that strengthen customer engagement and drive brand loyalty. You will leverage customer insights, data-driven strategies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that Taco Bell Rewards continues to provide meaningful value, unique rewards, and a seamless, unforgettable customer journey.
