About The Position

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing Tech Stack, the Manager, Digital Commerce Solutions is responsible for overseeing the migration, enhancement, and management of a website’s functionality and scope. This role involves overseeing the website migration with the web vendor and cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, business logistics, and marketing teams, to ensure the successful execution of web projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related technology field preferred.
  • 5+ years of work experience driving and executing web and/or enterprise software development projects (for example: ERPs, eCommerce, data warehouses, CRM, accounting systems, Web CMS, etc.) required.
  • 5+ years of experience in an e-commerce production environment preferred.
  • Proven experience leading website migration projects preferred.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional schedules, tracking deliverables, and managing interdependencies through visual planning systems.
  • Strong capability in planning and execution, growing team capability, and fostering a culture of operational rigor.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of the website migration project including collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors for strategy, smooth transition and minimal disruption.
  • Develop and implement migration strategies, timelines, and risk mitigation plans, reporting on migration status and working with vendors and stakeholders to address issues.
  • Work closely with development stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements and monitor platform performance and user experience, making data-driven improvements.
  • Manage web vendor relationship for project priorities and including development hours and budget of activities.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from various business units while fostering strong relationships with vendors, internal stakeholders, and third-party service providers.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and resource allocation along with tracking project progress, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Oversee change management implementation including feature enhancements, testing, and release.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and ensure compliance with best practices, standards, and regulations.
