About The Position

The Manager, Digital Campaign is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing marketing content across BBG’s evolving B2B eCommerce platform, BREAKTHRU NOW, and customer marketing channels to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Leveraging advanced technology, this role deploys targeted content, monitors campaign performance (organic and paid), analyzes user behavior, and personalizes customer journeys to maximize engagement and results. This role oversees the continuous optimization and evolution of the MarTech stack, ensuring seamless, data-driven customer experiences that adapt to emerging technologies and drive business growth. As a hybrid professional, the Manager must bridge marketing strategy and technology architecture, breaking down silos to improve efficiency, scalability, and innovation in a rapidly changing digital landscape. This role follows a flexible hybrid schedule, with two days per week in the office and three days working from home. This role can be performed from any Breakthru Beverage Office Location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience of related experience, including 3-6 years professional experience
  • Proficiency in using SAP Emarsys, Salesforce, or similar platforms for email marketing, marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization
  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C eCommerce content creation and management
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical system tools/databases
  • Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud's SmartEdit
  • Experience utilizing FullStory, Google Analytics, or similar platforms for analyzing user behavior and optimizing the customer experience
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • B2B marketing and/or BevAlc knowledge ideal
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices

Responsibilities

  • eCommerce Platform Optimization
  • Publish and manage content across all markets using SAP Commerce Cloud's SmartEdit, ensuring accurate promotional content, product information, and updates are displayed on BREAKTHRU NOW.
  • Optimize the eCommerce platform using SAP Emarsys and SmartEdit to deliver a seamless customer journey throughout the lifecycle.
  • Oversee advertising campaigns across email and web channels, including building and monitoring automated workflows to enhance engagement and drive sales.
  • Customer Engagement & Personalization
  • Implement effective upselling and cross-selling strategies through automated email workflows, targeted email and web campaigns, and personalized website content using SAP Emarsys.
  • Develop onsite segmentation and personalization strategies, including landing page content personalization, media segment activation, and upsell/cross-sell recommendations.
  • Identify weak points in the web customer journey using key platforms and provide actionable insights to improve user conversion rates and satisfaction.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights, crafting data-driven stories and recommendations to inform decision-making.
  • Design and execute experimentation testing plans (e.g., A/B tests), create reporting dashboards, and iterate solutions based on test results.
  • Develop and manage a web analytics and MarTech strategy and roadmap for growth.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics during and after promotional periods using tools like FullStory and Emarsys to understand customer behavior, engagement, and sales trends.
  • Analyze customer behavior data to optimize the online shopping experience and improve user interactions.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce Program Development Manager to report ROI for paid marketing/advertising campaigns, ensuring KPIs/OKRs align with projected ROI goals.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for content, platform improvements, and toolset enhancements to capture opportunities effectively.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Partner with digital marketing team members to define campaign goals, target audiences, and execution plans.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including B2B eCommerce, Commercial Excellence, and IT, to ensure alignment and seamless operations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve objectives.
  • Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.
