The Manager, Digital Campaign is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing marketing content across BBG’s evolving B2B eCommerce platform, BREAKTHRU NOW, and customer marketing channels to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Leveraging advanced technology, this role deploys targeted content, monitors campaign performance (organic and paid), analyzes user behavior, and personalizes customer journeys to maximize engagement and results. This role oversees the continuous optimization and evolution of the MarTech stack, ensuring seamless, data-driven customer experiences that adapt to emerging technologies and drive business growth. As a hybrid professional, the Manager must bridge marketing strategy and technology architecture, breaking down silos to improve efficiency, scalability, and innovation in a rapidly changing digital landscape. This role follows a flexible hybrid schedule, with two days per week in the office and three days working from home. This role can be performed from any Breakthru Beverage Office Location.
