About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Digital Business Partner (Manufacturing, Distribution & Logistics) to join our HNI team. This is a hybrid position that will work onsite from our offices in Muscatine, IA four days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). The Manager, Digital Business Partner is a partner to the business, responsible for enhancing our business capabilities by developing and deploying technology solutions that support key functions of our business operations. This role partners with a specific area of the business to understand its current processes, systems and tools used by the business, and then supports and enhances our IT capabilities in that area to increase productivity, reduce costs, and support our medium and long-term IT roadmap.
