In this position... Reporting to the Creative Director, this role will be instrumental in driving the look and feel of our licensed consumer products, ensuring every item embodies Ford's iconic brand standards. You'll oversee a high volume of design output produced by over 200 licensees and our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) retail channels. Your work will span both delivering in-house projects and overseeing creative work with design agencies. This is a highly collaborative global role. You will forge strong partnerships across a diverse ecosystem including (but not limited to): Brand Owners, Licensees, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Retail & e-Commerce Partners, Promotions, Events, Dealers, Category Managers, Product Specialists, Merchandisers, and Agencies.
