  • Lead design projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
  • Develop agents and solutions with AI tools like VS Code, Chat GPT, Co-Pilot, and more; supporting total rewards partners with key tasks such as benchmarking, analysis, proposal development, adhoc reviews, and costing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, driving continuous improvement and innovation in design processes.
  • Analyze data and stakeholder feedback to inform design decisions and optimize project outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery and alignment of design initiatives.
  • Champion AI adoption.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Communications, or related field and 2 years' experience in human resources, business administration, computer science, engineering, finance, communications, or related field OR 4 years' experience in human resources, business administration, computer science, engineering, finance, communications, or related field.
