The Manager, Design Operations, is a talented collaborative design expert responsible for supporting the operations for the design team at NBCUniversal, specifically for the Peacock brand. This position requires design knowledge and excellent production management skills across video, print, and digital mediums, as well as exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills. The role involves collaborating with internal designers, external agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain the Peacock brand design integrity across the marketing organization. Key responsibilities include supporting initiatives to build and enforce brand design identity, proposing and facilitating process standards, workflows, documentation, and tools management for the design team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of compelling innovative creative. The manager will also help with project intake and resourcing for the internal design team, ensuring alignment between project requirements and skill sets, and managing time allocation and team bandwidth to drive efficient execution. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Creative Operations.
