About The Position

The Design and Construction Manager provides the necessary supervision, direction, coordination and management control for design and construction projects in a manner that is consistent with and meets the demands of the strategic needs Marshfield Clinic Health System.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture or ten years of directly related work experience.
• Five years' experience in healthcare design and construction, preferably as an owner's representative for a health system or ten years' experience with no degree.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license with an acceptable DMV record.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree in architecture engineering or business administration.
• Ten years' experience in healthcare design and construction.
• Recognition by an industry organization (AIA, ASHE, AGC, EDAC, CMAA or similar) for contributions to the Healthcare Facilities field.
• Licensed Architect, Engineer or General Contractor.
