The Manager of Behavioral Health Advanced Practice role is intended for an existing provider who will shift a portion of their clinical time into administrative leadership (0.2 FTE). The Manager, in partnership with department leadership, is responsible for the vision, strategy, direction, and performance of various domains. In partnership with physician, nursing and operational leaders, the Manager, Advanced Practice Providers provides operational leadership and day-to-day management within the assigned behavioral health divisions. The manager ensures efficient workflow, high-quality patient care delivery, and effective coordination of advanced practice provider services while supporting the strategic initiatives established by department leadership.
