The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, focusing on SKU-level demand planning, financial estimate planning, and operational metrics management. The candidate must possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in data analysis and forecasting techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating effectively across different teams and influencing stakeholders. The ability to advocate for specific accounts or brands within a corporate environment is preferred. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools is required, and experience with Data Analytics, PowerBI/Looker, and knowledge of supply chain planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDA is a plus. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs.
