About The Position

Breakthru Beverage is a leading North American distributor of the world's top luxury and premium wine, spirits and beer brands. We have served the Colorado market for more than 20 years and currently hold the largest share of the spirits and wine distribution. We are also the leading craft and import beer distributor in the state. We are seeking an experienced Manager, Delivery who thrives in a cross-functional environment with a passion for customer service, employee engagement, and efficiency! This is a highly visible position driving all warehouse and delivery operations for our flagship state-of-the-art distribution center. Primarily, you will oversee the delivery of CPG products to our customers and ensure the successful, efficient, and safe execution of all warehouse and delivery functions daily. You will lead a team of warehouse employees to receive and manage inventory, pick and load delivery trucks, and fill orders accurately based off our sales team needs. You will lead a team of delivery employees who are responsible for completing. Experience working with Union employees is required. Experience managing 80+ employees is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in related area.
• Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software.
• Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
• Analytic and Reporting skills.
• Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 years of management/supervisory experience.
• Able to interpret and apply union contracts.

Responsibilities

• General manager administration including, but not limited to, workers compensation, new hire interviewing, conducting training for efficiencies and overall safety culture, etc.
• Administer proper discipline when necessary.
• Maintain drivers' attendance records, sick days, vacation, etc.
• Maintain and update payroll utilizing timekeeping software.
• Effectively manage all aspects of the delivery department.
• Monitor delivery fleet using Mobil Cast.
• Responsible for DOT compliance including DOT safety requirements and DOT drug screening.
• Respond to all inquiries and complaints concerning all aspects of the delivery process.
• Ensure that team maintains a positive customer experience: Positively responding to customer inquiries, complaints and resolving delivery concerns in accordance with customer requirements.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.
