About The Position

The role involves managing and coordinating with multiple stakeholders within the firm, including business-specific risk teams and client-facing teams, to implement innovative Quality and Risk Management (QRM) solutions. The candidate will identify the need for technological interventions and collaborate with relevant in-house teams to automate key risk and quality processes. Additionally, the role requires identifying key contractual risks and scope-related risks in specific opportunities and assisting teams in developing mitigation plans. The candidate will strategically analyze key risk and quality parameters and present insights and findings to leadership at regular intervals. Furthermore, the role includes leading learning and development activities to support risk and quality management across the firm, along with performing additional duties as assigned.
