About The Position

The Manager, Deals Transaction Services role at PwC US Business Advisory LLP involves translating data into actionable insights for clients, particularly in the private equity and corporate sectors. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
  • Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
  • At least one year of experience with facilitating data & analytics related to potential M&A deals using Alteryx, Tableau or other data manipulation and visualization tools.
  • Experience utilizing alternative data and market data sets to draw insights on competitive positioning and company performance.
  • Experience leveraging business intelligence software tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, or Qlik to turn data into insights.
  • Experience utilizing relational databases/data models and programming applications such as Python, R, SQL, Matlab, Java, or C++.

Responsibilities

  • Translate data into actionable insights for clients.
  • Support private equity and corporate clients across all phases of the deal lifecycle including diligence, post-deal, and preparation for exit/divestiture.
  • Develop tools and techniques based on data to improve client deliverables, enhance quality, and improve speed to delivery.
  • Identify potential opportunities and threats within robust datasets that may not be found during standard due diligence.
  • Deliver insights in diligence at deal speed.
  • Work with clients to improve performance post-deal.
  • Bring insights using third-party and alternative data to help inform decisions.
