Lead planning and execution of departmental operations in a multi-channel environment to ensure cost and service goals are met.
Monitor supply/demand forecasts and other key performance indicators to ensure adequate warehouse staffing and departmental capacities.
Partner with cross-functional partners to implement initiatives and department goals in support of corporate strategies and priorities.
Lead and contribute to effective problem-solving as operational challenges arise using practical solutions.
Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures including 5S and safety.
Monitor performance levels and quality standards utilizing observations and available KPIs.
Work closely with Customer and Client Services to ensure customer inquiries are resolved quickly.
Challenge the status quo and identify and action on opportunities for continuous improvement.
Prepare and present reports on operational metrics, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
Leverage understanding of the end-to-end fulfillment process to effectively coordinate across departments and shifts.

H.S. Diploma/G.E.D. required.
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent related experience.
5+ years of related experience in a distribution environment; 3+ years of people management/people leadership experience.
Proven leadership skills with a willingness to lead by example.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have English proficiency (speaking and understanding).
Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Strong math and analytical skills.
Experience utilizing various types of warehouse equipment and a strong knowledge of Safety requirements.
Strong experience using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to be consistent when entering information repetitiously.
Able to lift and move up to 35 lbs.
Able to actively walk the warehouse floor; and stand for extended periods up to 12 hours.
