About The Position

MUSC Community Physicians (MCP) is an entity within the Medical University of South Carolina that provides healthcare to patients within the rural health network throughout the state of South Carolina. This position will provide administrative and clinical oversight to the day treatment program within the assigned school district. This position will be located and working in person in the Rock Hill School District. The School Based Day Treatment Manager works under the Director of School Based Behavioral Health and provides direct supervision to the day treatment staff including but not limited to therapeutic assistant(s), day treatment therapists(s) and clinical counselors. The manager works to ensure appropriate access for all students in the assigned school district. The manager works closely with The Center for Telehealth, Department of Psychiatry and Behavior Sciences, and other entities in the organization to optimize school based behavioral health services ensuring all aspects of the program- clinical, administrative, academic and budgetary are met.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in social work from an accredited program.
• 4-6 years
• Current SC LISW license
