As a Data Science Manager, you will be responsible for: You will lead and mentor a cross-functional data science team focusing on the commercial chain. You will drive development of ML and AI solutions, from traditional analytics and machine learning to generative and agentic AI applications. You will partner with internal data and software engineering teams to embed practical AI into existing and new applications utilizing the full potential of the organization’s data assets. You will champion best practices in data quality, governance, and responsible AI use. You will communicate results and increase literacy with senior leaders and peers. You will advance thought leadership and strategy on AI regionally and globally. You will utilize both existing and emerging technology to realize value.

Requirements

• Expert level knowledge on Python, SQL, and ML frameworks.
• Expertise in LLMs, generative AI, and multi-agent frameworks.
• Strong understanding of statistics, experimentation, and testing.
• Expert in communication and bridging the gap between technical and non-technical aspects of commercial business excellence.
• Exceptional people management and leadership qualities.
• Exceptional time management skills and adherence to stringent timelines.
• Technologically motivated and curious about emerging technologies within the enterprise space.
• Familiar with AI regulatory requirements and data privacy laws.
• BS or relevant working experience in software engineering, mathematics, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 6+ years relevant experience in a team lead or leadership role.
