As a Manager, Data Science & Sales Analytics, you will lead a high‑impact data analytics and data science team that turns complex data into clear decisions for our Trauma & Extremities (T&E) business. You'll own our sales performance platform end‑to‑end, build AI-driven solutions, and deliver insights that accelerate growth and improve customer outcomes. You will provide technical leadership, drive AI initiatives, ensure system alignment and process optimization across platforms, while partnering with sales operations leaders to deliver solutions that drive impact.
