The role of Chief Controls Office - Manager, Data Reporting & Analytics at Webster Bank will play a critical role to enhance our centralized data reporting and analytics function to promote and strengthen the bank's control environment. This individual will fulfill a vital role for data collection, ensuring accuracy, and assembling required artifacts to support a compliant and governed data reporting environment. This role will support our build out of a centralized consistent and accurate reporting, across Front-Line Control Office functions. This role will conduct root cause analysis, identifying trends and correlations, working with complex data in a highly matrixed environment, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Data Analytics and Aggregation, along with Management and Regulatory Reporting within the banking sector. This individual will also be involved with transformational initiatives and the delivery of critical, large-scale, complex, high-visibility, regulatory remediation programs.
