About The Position
The Manager Data Privacy & Compliance designs, develops, and manages the Company's data privacy and information governance functions to ensure compliance with privacy laws, regulations, and internal policies. The incumbent will assess and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks to establish high ethical standards of conduct for Republic Services. The Manager Data Privacy & Compliance will support records retention processes and oversees the federal, state and local political contributions from the Company and its political action committee (PAC).
