Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in AWS, Snowflake, and Python is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and quality assurance processes.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate analytical insights effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage design and development of software and processes to support large scale, efficient data pipelines.
  • Translate technical business goals and requirements into effective design patterns in partnership with engineering leads.
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute data production projects and processes for the data engineering team.
  • Develop standards and processes for high-quality data product delivery.
  • Participate in code reviews and lead technical discussions, maintaining agile practices.
  • Oversee the automation of key ETL/ELT processes for large volumes of data.
  • Perform data governance, quality checks, and manage data integrity standards.
  • Contribute to key technology choices for scalable and secure data pipelines.
  • Lead resource allocation to meet operating objectives while fostering a diverse workplace.
