Manager, Data Center Operations

The Manager of Data Center Operations at Zoom is responsible for overseeing the operations of the company's global data center footprint, which includes more than 30 colocation facilities across various regions. This role involves leading a team in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment, ensuring stability and optimal performance of all data center facilities. The manager will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, develop best practices, and manage compliance audits, while also mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement in data center operations.
