The Manager, Data Governance will build, lead, and scale the Enterprise-wide Data Governance Program to support the full spectrum of Data Governance and Data Quality. This role is accountable for establishing governance and quality standards, implementing tools and techniques, providing training and support, and ensuring compliance to drive business value and operational efficiencies. The Manager, Data & AI Governance will build, lead, and scale the Enterprise-wide Data & AI Governance Program. This role is accountable for establishing governance and quality standards, implementing tools and techniques, providing training and support, and ensuring compliance to drive business value and operational efficiencies supporting Delta's AI ambitions. We value our data as an asset. In this role, you will be a key enabler for unlocking the value of our data and getting it ready for AI! You will work closely with privacy and compliance teams, business stakeholders, data consumers, data producers, and data engineering to develop a vision and roadmap for data supporting our AI initiatives. Then, executing on that roadmap to onboard data assets; establish relevant standards and processes; and enable teams to find, understand, trust, and access the data they need.
