The Manager Data Analytics, supports and maintains processes of report automation and data integration for Temple Physician Groups including, but not limited to, TFP, MGI, TPI, CHC, and Population Health. The Manager Data Analytics identifies, monitors, and evaluates and advises on the best practices for data integration, data modeling and report automation. Conducts full data lifecycle analysis; engaging the business in requirements gathering, performs analysis and collection of data, subsequently develops and implements solutions. Maintains continuous monitoring of performance and quality controls to identify improvements. Position will have exposure to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or related field Required
  • 5 years experience in Data Analytics Required
  • General Experience with and knowledge of MSSQL, T-SQL at a production level Required
  • General Experience with and knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server Required
  • General Experience with and knowledge of analytical, statistical, or machine learning software packages (such as python, R, SAS) Required
  • General Experience and familiarity with business intelligence software Power BI, Tableau Required

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree Preferred or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required
  • 1 year experience in a management or progressively responsible leadership role Preferred
  • 2 years experience in Healthcare Preferred
