We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade. Job Summary: This job performs as analytics lead to deliver data-driven insights and solutions. They will focus on analytics support on operational SMB business reviews, ensuring analytics projects are executed effectively, recommending actionable steps to drive portfolio level decision, while aligning team outputs with business priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• Strong analytics background with experience in the FinTech and technology industries.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience supporting AI enablement and data-driven solutions.
• Excellent data storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations effectively to business leadership.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional communication, partnering effectively with both technical and business teams.
