The Manager, Data Analytics is responsible for managing team efforts to develop easily repeatable data pipelines, curated datasets for data science, data analysis, machine learning, reports, and dashboards that allow internal stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. Responsibilities and duties include: Architects complex data models that can be used for data science, data analysis and reporting. Responsible for accuracy of complex reporting dashboards and scorecards. Reports and analyzes data for all areas of the business to drive results and guide business intelligence decisions. Analyzes and solves data issues to ensure data integrity. Develops robust QA processes to reduce time for error identification and fix, leading to increased speed of delivery on insights. Provides technical support for end users of the self-service business intelligence tool. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Supply Chain, and Strategy to target insights and understand customer behavioral data. Provides support to multiple departments to ensure that business intelligence, analytics, and reporting needs are met and delivered through technology, architecture, processes, and tools. Manages project communications between all departments. Communicates directly with team members to monitor scheduled deliverables, relay revision requests, record progress, and address obstacles as needed. Coaches and develops Data Architects including direct reports. Provides best practices and training to Managers Analysts across the Sales Operation team. Serves as SME on existing data pipeline processes and contribute to design/develop future state data pipeline utilizing new technology as needed, constantly optimizing workflows and monitoring key metrics. Designs and manages multivariate and/or A/B testing for sales marketing, supply chain and web evolution.
