This position requires a balance of technical, data and analytical expertise. This role is responsible for overseeing a team in the building of data sources, data pipelines and the application of a broad array of analytics tools and predictive models to deliver data driven insights; and, then translating these insights into business value. This is a leadership position that requires strong partnerships across key business areas to advance the use of analytics. This position is expected to contribute in implementation and provide technical oversight and leadership in the creation of data assets and analytics processes. This position requires the ability to lead a data and analytics team in real business applications; the individual will be a critical bridge between data and analytics development and business partners to help optimize business performance.
